Conference registration fees are ASCE grant eligible.

REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)

We are grateful for the support of the Alberta Regional Professional Development Consortia ARPDC  who is providing the event registration system.

Deadline to register is Monday April 15, 2024 at 1 pm. LATE REGISTRATIONS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be submitted by email to: parents@albertaschoolcouncils.ca

Cancellations are subject to a 5% service charge fee.

No refunds issued after April 15, 2024.

Please bring an (internet connectable) device to participate in the event.

Voting will be digital only. All voting delegates must bring an (internet connectable) device with them to participate in online voting.

 

Pricing for the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Please note - the ASCA Board of Directors has established pricing for the AGM to recover some of the costs associated with the event.

Each ASCA Member School Council carries ONE vote at the AGM.

* There is a $29 charge for the (1) designated (Credentialed) voting parent delegate ($19 virtual).

There is NO limit on how many parents from a Member School Council can register and attend.

On the AGM REGISTRATION FORM, select "designated voting parent delegate", to assign the $29 charge ($19 virtual). Additional attending parent delegates can then be added.

Note – if the designated voting parent name needs to be changed at a later date, please contact us at parents@albertaschoolcouncils.ca .
